U&I Residence Penthouse

“Home is where our story begins”

For this penthouse, we wanted to take inspiration from the richness of classic movement but also to add a touch of modernity.

Details matter: we incorporated antique brass finishes on cabinet handles, victorian patterns on the decorative pillows in the study area to bring life to a refined interior where wall moldings and neutral textured wallpaper are contrasted with colored furniture. Setting up a large kitchen island, we wanted to make sure that it doesn’t miss storage spaces. The overall is punctuated with different blue patterns on the glossy tiled splashback and on the parisian-brasserie style high chairs.

The staircase promotes Thai artistry with an impressive pendant structure representing impermanence, constant movement, lightness and fluidity.
